Data Deletion

Before requesting deletion

• Cancel any active paid subscription through the billing-management flow so future billing is stopped.
• Disconnect or revoke connected social, publishing, or analytics accounts if you want provider-side access removed immediately.
• Export any customer work you need to keep. Account deletion is intended to be permanent.

Submit a deletion request

Email orb@orboren.com from the email address associated with the Orb-Oren account and state that you are requesting account and data deletion. We may ask you to verify account ownership before destructive action is taken.

What the request covers

Once verified, Orb-Oren will remove or de-identify customer account data that is no longer required to operate or protect the service. This may include profile information, saved business/workspace data, generated marketing work, connection records, and stored OAuth credentials associated with the account.

Records that may remain

Limited information may be retained where necessary for completed payment records, tax or accounting obligations, fraud prevention, security, dispute handling, backups, or other legal and operational requirements. Third-party providers may also retain information under their own policies after Orb-Oren deletes its copy.
